Return without worry
Within 7 days (including 7 days, calculated from the date when the customer receives the goods) after purchasing the self operated goods of the mall, the customer can return the goods without reason, provided that the goods are in good condition. Refund Instructions
1. If you need to return or replace the home appliances you have purchased after they have been unpacked, please contact the original factory to issue an identification and testing sheet

5. If the returned goods are short of parts and affect the secondary sales, the refund operation will be temporarily suspended.
