Return without worry
Within 7 days (including 7 days, calculated from the date when the customer receives the goods) after purchasing the self operated goods of the mall, the customer can return the goods without reason, provided that the goods are in good condition. Refund Instructions
1. If you need to return or replace the home appliances you have purchased after they have been unpacked, please contact the original factory to issue an identification and testing sheet
2. Submit the return application within seven days after signing for the goods, and the courier will contact you 7 days to arrange to retrieve the goods
3. The goods shall be returned for inspection, and the inspection sheet must be attached
4. Return the order through online payment. After returning the item and checking for accuracy, the mall will submit a refund application, and the actual payment will be refunded to you using the original payment method based on the mall's operating hours
5. If the returned goods are short of parts and affect the secondary sales, the refund operation will be temporarily suspended. We will quote according to the goods status, and then the customer service personnel will contact you to explain and return the remaining amount after deducting the expenses in the order,Or you can cancel the return application; If the goods meet the return conditions, the refund will be completed within 15 working days after the goods are returned
